Abstract
This project aims to develop bovine pericardium-based medical devices for cardiovascular and reconstructive applications. Decellularization, cross-linking, detoxification and suturing protocols are being optimized to produce safe and stable tubular conduits. Preliminary evaluations include residual DNA analysis, cross-linking assessment and pressure testing to investigate biomaterial quality and conduit performance.File in questo prodotto:
