Abstract
The tertiarization of developed economies, especially thanks to internet and technology in general, is impacting all sectors vehemently. The world of wine is not immune, having wine tourism as an activity that is not only connected, but sometimes also prevalent. Being in any case a tourist product / market, however specialized, the possibility / opportunity of the profitable use of Service Design, as theory/methodology/practice, emerges also for wine tourism. The following work proposes a Service Design model for wine tourism, with subsequent application to a case study, from which emerges the clear utility both of the approach in general and of the conceptual model here proposed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
