The aim of this paper is the construction of an incidence structure, called Klein's Discrete Model, which can be regarded as an analogous model to Klein's real model. The construction is done by fixing a conic over a finite projective plane of order q. Such a q is called the order of Klein's Discrete Model. In this paper we study the case of q odd and in particular the group of projectivities which transform the conic in itself.
