The introduction of strong ethical values in business management is becoming a necessary step rather than a simple choice. The result is a renewed interest in the conditions that ensure a constant balance, that must necessarily exist, between the economic conditions of existence of the company and its social function. The search for this balance marks an indissoluble union between the ethical and social dimension and company’s strategy.
