Abstract
The author analyses the provisions of Montreal Convention of 28 May 1999 concerning the international carriage by air of baggage with special regard to the carrier’s liability, the limits of liability and to the interpretation the Court of Justice ascertained to the international legal regime. Careful attention is given to the issue of damage caused to the aids for reduced mobility passengers as no specific provisions are placed to this regard neither in Montreal Convention 1999 nor in the Regulation (EC) No 2027/97 as amended by the Regulation (EC) No 889/2002.File in questo prodotto:
