During the last years we assisted to an extraordinary grown of ecotourism. The awareness to improve the environment preservation, economically and socially sustainable, raised the will to increase the market for the ecotourism’s products and journeys. Opportunities of integration between agriculture and tourism provide tourism as a booster for rural development and vice versa, both in low-income and high-income Countries. Typical productions, in fact, could play the role of activators in local economies. But, their revenues are strictly linked to the effectiveness of a specific marketing activity.The aim of this study is to develop a comparative analysis between Italian and Brazilian parks, lightening the tourists’ characteristics, verifying their hedonic behaviors, their expectations and their evaluations, and paying attention both to the willingness to pay (W.T.P.) for typical local food produces and for the use of a preserved environment.
