Maritime and Transport Law is beyond any doubt the most lively area of law, because it evolves as a consequence of the continuous updating of the techniques used in national and international trade and of the problems that it gives rise to as well as a consequence of the development of trade in new are-as of the world. It has therefore been felt useful to make available to the maritime and transport world studies on new subjects that had not been explored as well as some of the changes that have occurred in many of the traditional areas. This explains the variety of the issues covered by the articles collected in this fourth “Quaderni”.

Abstract

Maritime and Transport Law is beyond any doubt the most lively area of law, because it evolves as a consequence of the continuous updating of the techniques used in national and international trade and of the problems that it gives rise to as well as a consequence of the development of trade in new are-as of the world. It has therefore been felt useful to make available to the maritime and transport world studies on new subjects that had not been explored as well as some of the changes that have occurred in many of the traditional areas. This explains the variety of the issues covered by the articles collected in this fourth “Quaderni”.
